The World Wide Web has answers to everything. But when it comes to child nutrition, the information is often contradictory. The uncertainty and confusion caused by this led us to create a platform that's reliable, credible and trustworthy. For a brand that has been a symbol of nutrition for 100 years, we harness the power of technology to design and develop Ask Nestle, a platform that provided personalized nutrition for children, reaching out to 36.5 million parents in the process. And when the world changed in 2020, we changed too. Immunity was the need of the hour, so we introduced the Immunoscale for Children, launched the platform in Hindi, and expanded Ask Nestle to everyone under the age of 50,

thereby reaching out to a wider audience with a fresh, interactive user interface and, for the first time ever, introducing people to a nutrition-based ecosystem. We helped them understand the science of connected nutrition through a health tracker, customized meal plans, a food diary, and the Immunoscale for children. We curated more than 5,000 healthy recipes, tied up with experts to author articles, and created content that resonated with adults. The Ask Nestle community also gave people the chance to interact with nutrition experts for real-time consultations. In 2022, we also created a WhatsApp bot that made nutrition even more accessible to Indians by becoming a part of their everyday conversations.

And with this, Nestle democratized nutrition and immunity, becoming the go-to platform for personalized nutritional guidance for everyone under the age of 50. And what did it cost? An internet connection and a zeal to switch to healthy eating.
