There are two angles to overcoming the obstacles. One is a mindset issue. Now I'm stating the obvious. The mindset is that if I feel that I'm beaten, I'm beaten. But in my case, although by my age, everybody would have retired and been very happy, but I don't accept retirement as a concept at all because it's a manmade concept. As long as you're physically able, mentally able, you got to be productive in whatever way you define productivity as. So I am a great believer in that one. Right? So the retirement was not a concept that is acceptable to me. So because of that, I was constantly looking for ways and means of doing things for clients and clients were keeping in touch. They were calling me saying, can you do this?
But this time we have to do it on online. So I had to convert my workshop to an online workshop. That was a huge challenge for me. But in the process, I learned a lot, but there are also brands which have actually inspired me. Now, not so many Indian brands, unfortunately, but certainly Amazon. They inspired me by their efficient and consistent service. I mean, anything you order, it's there on time. So I started looking at what is it they're doing to plug the holes in their system? Very rarely there was a problem. They're also very small players. There are many small players who delivered service, got repeat orders because of the quality price delivery. Now there are people from Mumbai, they are people from Chennai. And my

So I think what has happened is there are a bunch of people or a bunch of brands who have seen this as an opportunity and then gone beyond their normal ways of doing things to deliver service. And there are some who actually got snort down by this. And that's it. I think it's a question of attitude, in my view.
