We have to talk about success. It will be the story of coming out of the pandemic. The pandemic and subsequent lockdown and un-lockdown impacted all sectors. See about the last 18 months have been really different for all of us. The biggest challenge I think which all of us faced and we definitely did was business continuity. It seems like an existential crisis. Will we really come out on the other side with humanity alive? We did not even get a chance to react before the lockdown started happening. Our faculty and our teachers, they were not used to teaching online. As long as you're physically able, mentally able, you've got to be productive in whatever way you define productivity as.
Every adversity as they say, there is an opportunity and it is only in the interest of people at last to convert those opportunities that come their way. Allowed companies, corporates, brands and marketeers to really bring their agility to the fore. I am very proud of is that this whole pandemic accelerated the digital transformation in a very big way. It was a passion about storytelling that got us into setup of our company. We connect, add to the consumer morale at the onset of, because eventually demand will return. People will start consuming again. And nothing stopped digital traffic from growing. Years of change being condensed into a few months. Is really people who acted fast and who didn't act fast.
So enabling me to give a sense of direction to my teams, while at the same time preparing for uncertainty. It enabled us to actually look at it as a completely blank canvas and figure out how things need to be actually moved forward. And the pandemic really provided an opportunity for us to go beyond the professional realm of things. For me, the key challenges were on the three Ps. That's products, processes and people. We had tried to make all of our processes seamless, digital and paperless. And so it was a great opportunity for us to really leverage that. Education in India went online and what we would have achieved in 12 years, 15 years happened in a compressed mode within four months.
So our constant monitoring, proactive actions and planning were able to navigate this pandemic situation successfully.
