Durable tests for the work.

- Start from the customer’s situation, not the channel.

So the key thing was to like the business sustenance and as well as serve our customers. The challenges was to get like you know how our hundred percent of our employees to work remotely as quickly as possible and with the same level of controls that we have with respect to privacy and data processing guidelines as far as ISO 27000 controls. So our IT team worked with the entire company and the employees who needed the infrastructure in their homes whether it could be laptops, desktops, UPS and even internet connection and also make arrangements to ship it to their homes across India. And like you know as the country was getting into lockdown there were power internet
connections these guys had to like to get across because as these are the challenges across the remotest part of the country. But our employees were able to get through these challenges by working as a team and also finding out the places where they can work where they have these kind of like you know connectivity is another stuff. Today I think you know we're able to overcome most of the challenges and work almost as productive as they were working in office. We had to capitalize on this opportunity because conserving cash for our business sustenance was most important so we need to cut down cost. So we looked at places where we can cut down cost, we let go of two premises in the metros because we
thought that you know probably this pandemic is not going to end soon and probably we need to continue be working remote for a couple of you know quarters or years together, correct? And employee engagement and keeping them motivated during this pandemic situation was paramount to us, correct? I think they lacked social interaction they used to have in the office mentoring, coaching and working together. So we instituted daily stand-up meetings, weekly status meetings and also open-offs meetings monthly and also other employee engagement programs as well to kill their boredom and bring in more social interaction when they're almost like apart.
And also we instituted training programs and certification programs during this period and we are glad to say that 70 percent of our employees during this pandemic situation and lockdown period got certified product certified and we rewarded those guys with the citation cash and even covered them in social media as well. With our constant monitoring proactive actions and planning we're able to navigate this pandemic situation successfully over the last 16 months and and we have positioned ourselves if even if the situation persists for longer we are well equipped to serve our customers without much of issues.
