IP05 · SOURCE SIGNALS

What the transcript puts on the table.

It did bring a challenge of us to accept this and I think what we did was to really set aside certain timetables, set aside certain things that one was specific to capitalizing any opportunity from the work purpose that we are in.
Now this power of communication that we used to teach through the stories became more interesting because we started teaching them online and we got into this opportunity.
We worked with the education segments and so in the education segment the adoption at the teacher level was one which we really worked with.
IP06 · HOW MARKETING HAS CHANGED

It did bring a challenge of us to accept this and I think what we did was to really set aside certain timetables, set aside certain things that one was specific to capitalizing any opportunity from the work purpose that we are in. I think I just spoke that I turned an entrepreneur late 19 and early 20. It was a passion about storytelling that got us into setup of our company and we have a story on that and I think we will cover that in some time but the whole modules of work that we do is completely offline. The engagement was such that if there is no closed door interaction you may end up losing the essence of the whole module and you may not get through so much but then we took a

seat back and said that hey it is it is something that we are teaching them to communicate. Now this is an opportunity for them to communicate better. Imagine a point when someone who is communicating face to face may find ease with that because he could see the emotion he could judge the emotion of the other person but imagine doing it in a space which is virtual and imagine it to be done on an audio. Now this power of communication that we used to teach through the stories became more interesting because we started teaching them online and we got into this opportunity. Imagine that you have just five minutes with your customer now. How will you really push off your agenda and and that became a nice module to work with.

So it turned certain tables for us. It turned the points that if there is some merit in understanding how the environment is and how will you catch the knack which became more relevant and you will summarize the point and get into the story. So that was a great opportunity that we really brought in. We worked with the education segments and so in the education segment the adoption at the teacher level was one which we really worked with. We worked with a lot of modules to train the teachers and how to use storytelling pedagogy in the online space and that education was as is moving towards edtech. So it was a seamless integration for us in the next case. Was it a pandemic? Was it a trying time? Yes for everybody and for us too.

We had we were setting up the firm so it was very and secondly was it an opportunity for you to do something differently? 100% yes. Taking forward is the way ahead. You cannot you can't just keep blaming or being an exclusive form of factor in this game.
