How does marketing in our country have to grow? I feel that if marketing in our country has to really grow and has to be really cutting edge, the only way to do that is by facilitating a great sharing of ideas. And I would say that's a great service that DMA does to the fraternity of marketers. And I think it's absolutely a fabulous community, you know, run by you, Vatsal, somebody who I deeply respect. I think DMA is a community of like-minded marketers. We're totally united by the passion for marketing. And I love the way the entire forum has been curated, where it is not about a selling forum versus a sharing forum, where we come in there and we just let our hair down for a couple of hours

on an early morning breakfast meeting, when we are, when really the passion and our energies are flowing in the most productive manner possible. And really it's something that has really benefited the West. And the industry has a lot of such forums, but to really elevate it, I think the DMA is doing a great job through their forums of recognition, which are effectiveness driven rather than just creative driven, knowledge sharing, servicing best practices, trying to bring in local and global thought leaders, trying to build a fresh ideas and insights, which we need. We need people to carry that bait and that torch to make that happen. And I think that's what inspires me to be a part of DMA, to participate and communicate, contribute to a fraternity,

which I'm sure will only grow larger and larger with time. So I think DMA is doing a great job of making the Indian marketing fraternity a far more richer place to be a part of DMA. And I think that's what makes the market a far more richer place to be a part of. So I think that's what makes the market a lot of people.
