Three takeaways worth carrying forward.
- 01
Read purpose as the primary operating question in this record.
- 02
Test its connection to attention and media and relevance against the speaker’s reasoning in the transcript.
- 03
Keep the 2021 source context visible before carrying the lesson into a current decision.
What the transcript puts on the table.
One of the campaigns that Flipkart did around logistics where they had a lot of women come in is something that really inspired me.
The second campaign that I really liked was about this whole piece around the pandemic where instead of Saf Safai, there is a campaign that has been come out by Purik.
That is a campaign that really hit me hard because Saf Safai, now whenever I tell people, I say Safe Safai.
Original context. Current reading.
Recorded in 2021, this captures the language, platforms and constraints of its time. Read it now by separating those period-specific details from the enduring operating question: how should attention and relevance improve the decision?
Durable tests for the work.
- Earn attention with relevance before scaling reach.
- Start from the customer’s situation, not the channel.
What would you keep, change or measure differently if this campaign analysis were put to work now?

One of the campaigns that Flipkart did around logistics where they had a lot of women come in is something that really inspired me. In fact, they have a warehouse and logistics center which is entirely run by women fraternity. So that's one. The second campaign that I really liked was about this whole piece around the pandemic where instead of Saf Safai, there is a campaign that has been come out by Purik. It's called Safe Safai. So the whole point is that we need to be safe because that's what is super important right now. And by being safe, not only are you protecting yourself, but you are protecting your community, your neighbors. So that is a campaign that really hit me hard because Saf Safai, now whenever I tell people, I say Safe Safai.
So these were the two campaigns that really struck part with me.
