THE BIG IDEA
So every content that we're making, you know, be it with respect to the brand communication or with respect to the domain information.
FOR MARKETERS

Three takeaways worth carrying forward.

  1. 01

So making that content and of course the product content, all of that making it WhatsApp-able.

  2. 02

I think what we're trying to do very creatively is really to go beyond that expectation that you have to be where your customer wants you to be or where they are.

  3. 03

Instagram even better because when it comes to the other markets like Indore, Bhopal, you know, Patna, Ranchi, Facebook's damn good.

WhatsApp is a great medium which is we figured for MSME specifically. So every content that we're making, you know, be it with respect to the brand communication or with respect to the domain information. So making that content and of course the product content, all of that making it WhatsApp-able. I think what we're trying to do very creatively is really to go beyond that expectation that you have to be where your customer wants you to be or where they are. You actually have to be where your customer is not expecting you to be.

Facebook's been a great platform for us. Instagram even better because when it comes to the other markets like Indore, Bhopal, you know, Patna, Ranchi, Facebook's damn good. When it comes to the Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Insta's to another different level. We have realized that, you know, kids are the best way of, you know, reaching the parents. And I think a lot of categories I've done it. I've worked personally in finance and other categories. We've seen insurance companies taking that route.

What we have started doing is having the kids' activity zones around for it. So we have a kids' activity center at the resort called Happy Hub. And kids just love to spend their time, you know, right from morning to evening over there. We'll see you next time. Bye. !
