Growing up in a cocooned Enid Blytonisqe world of what can be termed as leftover English vestige, I allowed myself to believe everyone lives like “us” in a languid dreamy spell.
These remote areas of the country, where facilities and possibilities were limited; taught me ways to traverse through the by lanes of cultural sensitivity in relation to brand management, ideation and planning. Now, being a media, branding, and marketing communications professional, I enjoy weaving stories for brands that can be essayed on a large canvas or written within 140 characters.Indeed, to showcase an organization on various platforms for reputation management and to create channels to boost bottom-lines, largely derive insight based on my understanding of societal behaviour patterns.
As an experienced professional in Public Relations and Marketing Communications, have managed iconic brands like Pond’s, Vertu, DTC, and ITC – Hotel’s Division. Handling mega brands entailed the constant need for flexibility in facing new situations and learning continually.
In my current role, manage the F&B retail with the remit covering travel verticals, malls & high streets, franchise & franchisee of restaurants; institutional & social catering, including corporate, internal & external communications and CSR activities.
