Honoring the Individuals & Organizations who inspire the Industry to achieve more
The DMAi Content Marketer of the year award is instituted in the year 2015. It is a joint citation for an individual & the company. This accolade honors the achievement, innovation, and inspiring leadership of an individual & the company whose work represents the very best in Content Marketing Industry within the last 12 months.

Individuals & Companies can participate in any of the following categories, as applicable:
1. Young Marketer: Individual under 30 years of age. No restriction on company age or turnover.
2. Hot Startup: No age bar. Company’s Date of Incorporation should be less than 36 months as on 1st Jan, 2017.
3. Fastest Under a Billion INR: No age bar. Shouldering P&L responsibilities of a capital under 100 crore.
4. Fastest Under a Billion $: No age bar. Handling P&L responsibilities of over 100 crore INR, but under 6000 crore INR.
5. Fastest Over a Billion $: No age bar. Handling P&L responsibilities of over 6000 crore INR.
6. Not for Profit: Association standing for a collective cause and not for profit. No age bar. No restriction on company age or turnover.

The award honorees will be selected in accordance with the following criteria:

For individual performance:
-Demonstrated leadership through the innovation and implementation of new products or services, processes, or personal growth using Content marketing and show results.
-Utilization of Content Marketing to showcase their contribution within the marketing community (Quality of the end product, i.e., CM Campaign including editorial & design).
-Is willing to experiment with new channels and ideas on Content Marketing.
-Have a proven commitment to enhancing the Content Marketers community.
-Has had an impact on the content marketing community within the last 12 months.
-Exhibited corporate and social responsibility.

For company performance:
-Will have shown an impact on the marketing using content marketing and results.
-Represents innovation, marketplace success, and direct response impact within the community.
-Involve new concepts, methods/models, and use of content marketing processes.
-Successfully implement the use of content marketing for optimal customer communications, response, and retention.
-Results achieved within the last 12 months.
-Exhibited corporate and social responsibility.

All entries to be submitted online. The program is to be governed by one eminent Jury members, led by a chairperson.

The jury members will review the nominations and assign it a score, considering on the aspects such as benefits, effectiveness, data and recency. The nomination with the highest score will be announced the winner. Single winner will be declared under one category unless it’s a tie or joint effort.

The complete judging process is online. Scores are not made public or revealed to other jury members.

Their is no fees attached to the nominations.

Final Judging – 18th Aug
Finalists notified – 19th Aug
Awards Gala – 23rd Aug


The Entries for the Individuals are to be submitted by nominations only.

No nomination is pitted against each other. Each nomination takes into account the work done in view of its own situations, circumstances and imperatives.

The Nomination can be submitted online by the organisations, agencies, peers, friends or self. The Award categories are simply a way of grouping eligible nominations with various common denominators.
